We are looking for a Data Analyst who will support our client with its digital transformation.
The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization as well as create beautiful reports and dashboards.
They must have strong experience with data analysis, transformation and visualization.
They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights.
They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.
The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
Data management.
Ensuring the availability, quality, and security of data used for analysis and modeling.
Data analysis.
Investigating and interpreting data to identify actionable insights and opportunities for improvement Data transformation.
Develop data flows (ETLs) using Alteryx (or other available tools) integrating multiple sources.
Data visualization.
Create meaningful and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collaboration.
Working with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive business growth.
Communication.
Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications.
A bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, JS, C#, VB, Python etc.).
Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel.
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), preferably with Alteryx.
Experience with data visualization (Power BI, DAX, Power Query).
Relational Databases (preferably Oracle, PostgreSQL and MSSQL).
Previous experience with financial data and ERP, mainly with SAP.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work as a team member.
Ability to work in agile environments.
