If you are interested in becoming part of a fast growing company and helping shape its future, read on. **Practice Summary**The Corporate Finance and Restructuring segment of FTI Consulting provides complete support in turnaround and restructuring, transaction advisory services and corporate recovery. The practice has a reputation for taking on challenging and complex assignments that require exceptional strategic and technical capabilities. Our team has over 30 years global experience working on some of the most high-profile restructurings and insolvency cases. Our clients include nearly all the major global financial institutions, private equity houses, city law firms and many corporates. Our regional and international coverage, combined with the depth of our specialist team and results-focused approach, means we are uniquely placed to meet our clients'' needs. **Position Summary**As a Consultant, you will contribute to client matters by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time with regular supervision. You will typically undertake tasks such as analyzing accounting and financial data, performing calculations, and documenting your work. You are expected to communicate effectively with other team members, and to take an interest in how your work fits into the overall project plan. You will work with senior members of the team and receive internal training, on-the-job coaching and mentoring. **Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze financial statements and projections and assess business plans. - Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time with regular supervision. - Undertake company and industry analysis. - Perform financial, ratio and comparable company analysis, financial and cash flow modelling and valuation. - Assist in conducting investigations and formal engagements. - Maintain detailed working paper records reflecting details of relevant correspondence assumptions, methodologies, and information sources employed during the performance of all analytical tasks. - Attend client site and assist senior staff in carrying out duties and collating information required. - Reconstruct accounting records from incomplete information. - Assist with the preparation of draft reports, presentations and correspondence. - Interact with clients, including lawyers, in house counsel and senior accounting personnel. - Undertake networking and marketing activities to begin to develop professional contacts. - Contribute to company initiatives and team development activities. - Maintain professional image within the firm and project the same to those outside the firm. **Key Requirements- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. - 2-4 years of professional accounting experience. - Proficiency in both written and spoken in English. - Strong communication and writing skills. - Financial modeling skills are desirable. - Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. - Sound knowledge of accounting principles. - Eagerness to learn and the motivation to succeed. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work with senior team members and the client in demanding and deadline-driven situations. - Strong work ethic, integrity and high level of professionalism. - Willingness to travel when requested. - Resilience to deal with unexpected or adverse situations. - Ability to identify issues and raise queries where appropriate. - Pro-activeness to deal with outstanding matters as necessary. - This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices. - COVID vaccine required*. **Preferred Skills:- CPA, or CPA in progress or CFA. - Fluent Spanish will be a plus. - Effective interpersonal communications, including active listening. - Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-task environment; willingness to research, analyze and develop new skills. - Flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements due to changing deadlines, changing deliverables a
