ABOUT THE TEAM:TikTok''s Community team sits within our Operations team whose goal is tounderstand and champion the needs of our creators and communities and celebratethe diversity and creativity of our users & our platform. The local Content team isfocused on delivering key local strategic insights, managing local partners andcreators and driving core initiatives to develop our diverse content ecosystem andto ensure the success of our creator communities and key partners across corepillars of Music, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming, Lifestyle & EDU that is specifictothe local market needs and context. RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify and grow UGC content communities using a one-to-many/one-to-all approachExecute community and engagement strategies and in-app campaigns, own thesourcing, structuring, and closing through campaign implementation and partnerretentionImplement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboardedcreators including on-site creator workshop events, networking socials, and leadthe partner (creator) promotions strategyExecute creator programs to onboard and educate target communities on TikTokincluding workshops, events and marketing campaigns best practices, andsustainable growth in partner management programTrack and analyze community growth metricsSolicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from the creator community**Qualifications**:Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent practical experience- Experience in project management, from planing to reportingExperience with influence and celebrity management, strong connection pools withcelebrities and the entertainment industry is an advantage. Experience in event management and stakeholder managementOutstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills5+ years of experienceSkilled in data analysis.
