This role acts as strategic, hands- OnUsiness partner that counsels and supports the Beverage Packaging South AmericaLeadership team to advance business objectives, brand positioning, bolsterCulture, engage employees, develop communities, and deliver results. StrengthensAnd protects Ball- reputation among South America stakeholders, playing a pivotalRole in building affinity for Ball and aluminum beverage cans. TO ACHIEVE EXTRAORDINARY THINGS TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:- Develop strategy and consistent implementation of Ball- brand positioningAcross the regional markets Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Paraguay. - Develop strategy and consistent implementation of Ball public relationsRocesses, activations and campaigns across regional markets, partnering with theInternal team on marketing communications as appropriate and serving as externalOkesperson for the region as needed. - Advises Ball South America Executive Leadership team on communication strategiesAnd tactics aligned with business objectives. - As a member of the global Communications leadership team, collaborates closelyWith corporate and regional Communications teams to align overarching approaches,Maximize resources, and share best practices across all platforms. - Work closely with the commercial, marketing and business development teamsRegarding the internal and external communications of product news,Collab- Rojects and campaigns with customer, including support for mediaRelations, social media and BTL initiatives. - Work closely with the Sustainability, D&I and HR teams on employer branding andAwareness needs across the region. - Leverage Ball corporate social responsibility policies, programs and projects inThe region, managing tax incentive projects, Ball CSR funds and forge connectionsEtween Ball South America facilities and their local communities, working withLant/office teams to provide opportunities and promote charitable giving andEmployee volunteerism. - Plan and coordinate key regional events, managing all details and providingOn- The- Ground support. - Serve as a memberon the Confidential crisis communication team and contribute to theConfidential- crisis response planning, providing proactive anticipation of issues andReal- Time responses during crises. Ensures appropriate level of preparednessThrough coordinated training and support aligned with Ball- enterprise plan. - Provide guidance and support in public relations activities, being the mainInterlocutor for public affairs. G. , communications, public relations,Ublicity, MBA is a plus- Job related experience in the fields, including strategy development andExecution of internal and external communications- Experience with manufacturing/operations employee base- Knowledge of communications tools and channels to engage internal and externalTakeholders, especially in manufacturing environment- Experience leading and developing people- Strong written and verbal communication- Ability to influence, including challenging and counseling senior executives- Proficient in multi- Tasking and navigating change and ambiguity- Flexible self- Tarter, energetic team player and collaborator- Understanding ofsho w global companies and matrix organizations operate- English, Spanish and Portuguese fluency is required.
