Communications Assistant - g. , HSE, HR, IT, Admin, etc. ); support internal communication actions related to volunteer activities. Corporate Communications and Events Assist in the execution of corporate communications external actions and events; create and update the affiliates institutional materials (brochures, films, presentations) and update external digital channels. Content Support in content elaboration, writing content for internal channels and institutional materials. Control Support in updating the area's control spreadsheets, for example: event participation, sponsorship, among others. Context and Environment: The activities are performed in a multifunctional context, which is subject to changes according to the internal and external environments, and in constant alignment with the internal and headquarters network. Accountabilities: Maintain a strong relationship with internal clients. Brief communications agencies related to internal or external communication initiatives. Maintain a close and very political (not only technical) relationship with all internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in communications. Up to 1 year of formal experience. Advanced in English oral and written. Multitasking, initiative, creativity, adaptability, and dynamism. Writing skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
