Communications Assistant - Position: Communications Assistant Service Dimension : Internal Communications / Corporate Communications / Events / Content Main activities :Internal Communication s Support in the execution of the Internal Communication actions, Programs and campaigns; support for keeping theinternal channels updated; support in the interface with internal clients (ie. HSE, HR, IT, Adm etc. ) Support the internal communication actions related to volunteer actions . Corporate Communications and Events Support in the execution of the Corporate Communications external actions and events. Support in the creation and update of the affiliates institutional materials (brochures, film, presentations) and update of external digital channels . Conten t Support in the content elaboration, writing content for the internal channels and institutional materials . Contro l Support in updating the area''s control spreadsheets, for example: event participation, sponsorship, among others.
