A Taste of What You're Going to Do: Visibility and Inputs: Provide visibility and inputs/feedback for forecasting team, anticipating and pointing divergencies vs the plan through building block understanding discussions. Connect Category and Strategy: Partner, support and challenge commercial organization. Connect Category and Sales strategy to ensure business execution consistency vs commitments. Business Partner for Commercial: Act as a financial Business Partner for Commercial team in business analysis, designing scenarios and supporting decision making. Overview of commercial finance: Deep understanding of TS (on-invoice, off-invoice, free goods) and Topline modeling. Understand the reasonableness and influence in the composition of commercial and trade marketing budget proposals. Business Plans: Provide financial guidance in validating business plans for innovation in sales assumptions. Identifying and Controlling Risks: Provide trend insights. Identify, consolidate and control possible risks and opportunities (R&O) of plans. Analysis: Operationalize NSV and GP financial reports in systems and ensure consistency and produce results proofing reports to leadership. We are looking for someone with: Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, engineers or related areas; Advance/Intermediate English and/or Spanish desirable; Experience in Finance in multiple areas like FP&A, Category/Marketing, Finance/Sales Finance with strong analytical skills and financial background; Preferable background: in FMCG; Ownership, self-management and emotional intelligence are key to be successful in this position.
