This position is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support for external and internal clients.
The process includes interaction and communication with doctors related to specific case issues, review of the ClinCheck treatment plan, quality and problem solving.
In addition, other roles will include working closely with the sales team to ensure that company-wide sales and results goals are met, educational activities and events generating the doctor's clinical confidence and revenue retirement in the Invisalign business and iTero.
In this role, you will… Provide clinical support for dentists in the areas of case evaluation, ClinCheck support, as well as solution of clinical problems for doctors in the region through calls and eventually face-to-face visits; Investigate and perform clinical analysis of doubts, complaints and adverse events made by customers; Ensure the resolution as quickly as possible to the customer's problem; Assist in training customers regarding the correct clinical protocols for using Align products; Provide training to the sales team according to the need; Participate in educational events online and live; Participate in special projects and / or training when requested, as well as proactive teams and individual efforts to achieve the goals of the department and the company.
Additional responsibilities.
Coordination and execution of projects; Follow all departmental and company procedures, as indicated in quality, administrative or other systems; Comply with all security policies, practices and procedures.
Report all unsafe activities to the manager and / or Human Resources; Participate in the efforts of the proactive team to achieve the goals of the area and the company; Perform other duties as assigned.
In this role, you’ll need … Previous experience.
approximately 1 year or less.
Bachelor's degree in dentistry is required.
Master's degree or specialization in Orthodontics is desirable (young professionals are also welcome to apply); Advanced English; Experience in relationship with clients in areas related to dentistry is desirable; Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools; Work in a full-time position, Monday through Friday, during regular work hours.
