Scope of the role.
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s technology vision, ensuring its alignment with business objectives.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CTO will lead innovation efforts, oversee the development of cutting-edge products, and manage robust, secure, and scalable technology operations.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth and foster innovation.
Responsibilities.
Technology Strategy and Vision Define and implement a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with the company’s mission.
Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential for enhancing competitive advantage.
Leadership and Management Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing technology and IT team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Provide technical direction and leadership to stakeholders across the organization.
Product Development and Innovation Oversee the design and delivery of innovative, market-driven products and features.
Partner with product management to create scalable, user-centric solutions.
Technology Operations Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all technical systems and infrastructure.
Establish and enforce best practices in data management, cybersecurity, and compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a key liaison between technology teams and other business units to ensure alignment on goals.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Budget and Resource Management Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Oversee vendor negotiations and relationships to drive value and efficiency.
C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have) 5+ years of experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role (Must Have) Proven expertise in software development, IT, and systems architecture (Must Have).
Demonstrated ability to lead technology teams and drive business growth through innovation (Must Have).
In-depth understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Strong strategic thinking and a track record of aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team-building capabilities.
Adept at solving complex problems with a forward-thinking approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Nice to Have).
