Ceo Assistant / Executive Assistant - He provides both Managers with information of all the departments. An Executive Assistant is responsible for keeping a perfect coordination between all departments and controlling their operation with regards to the companys standards, revenues and controlling costs; We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our companys CEO; Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners; Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner; Managing executives calendars and set up meetings; Make travel and accommodation arrangements; Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports; Oversee the performance of other clerical staff; Act as an office managerby keeping up with office supply inventory; Take minutes during meetings; Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence; Preparing financial statements and handling basic bookkeeping tasks; Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports; Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives; Helping prepare for meetings; Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives; Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software; Monitor the evolution ofprojects; Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. REMOTEWork experience as an CEO Assistant / Executive Assistant, or similar role; Excellent project management; Excellent MS Office Suite knowledge; Excellent Google Suite knowledge; Outstanding organizational and time management skills; Discretion and confidentiality; Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask; Problem-solving and decision making; Interpersonal skills;Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities; Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment; A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills; Professional level verbal and written communications skills; Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration or related fields; Preference for men. KEY SKILLSStrong leadership and people management skills; Dynamic personality and creative mindset; Experience with project management; Full proficiency in English; Live in Brazil.
