Career Opportunities: Sales Director - This person must have a track-record of success in managing and delivering engagements and deals across a diverse customer base. In addition, the Sr. Account Director will develop and deliver strategic account plans, based on available research and an understanding of the competitive landscape that will effectively position Radisys into accounts which do not currently leverage our products or services. **Location**:Europe Home Based Remote OfficeCritical Job Duties:Develop and cultivate strategic relationships within OEMs, Systems Integrators, and Silicon Partners and commercial Service Providers (CSPs). Qualify business opportunities, create and deliver sales presentations, and negotiate and close agreements. Responsible for accurate and timely business projections and capable of navigating complex, multi-faceted sales ? both vertically and horizontally. Expected to meet or exceed set business objectives. Qualifications:Minimum of 10+ years technical & sales within the Service Provider, OEM and market with experience selling to Tier 1 as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3 and geo strategic customer accounts. Selling to Service Providers, especially the CTO office a plus. Proven background in developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers including experience in closing large technology or service deals. Deep knowledge and experience around Mobile data solutions (4G/5G//IoT/virtual and centralized RAN/ small cells)Small Cell/RAN access experience required with working knowledge of standard bodies like 3GPP, ETSI and ITU as well as industry forums like TIP, oRAN, vRAN alliances etc. Significant market contacts, technical knowledge and experience selling to carriers in an assigned region. Knowledge of emerging technologies (SDN/NFV, M/R-CORD, Cloud technologies)System Integration experience is a big plus ? working with 3rd parties and taking ownership of the product lifecycle regardless of Radisys/vendor provided solutions. Strong customer facing skills and the ability to travel up to 50% with some trips on short notice due to business needs. Proven ability to read situations, think strategically, formulate comprehensive account plans and drive relationships vertically and horizontally. Ability to provide and work from a home office located in the region. Bachelor''s degree is requirement, advanced degree a plus.
