Develop and Maintain the AME Bid Process workflow up and running with most up to date capabilities and data.
Onboard new users to the tool Expand the workflow developing additional features according to advancing business needs.
Ensure the automated workflows are fully operational and used properly.
AME Bid Process is fully automated in the Region Tools used for running the overall process and CGM escalations are fully operational and updated with all necessary information Users are fully trained and capable to use the tool Sales Cycle is reduced and efficiency gains are proved through the automation New Business Process Automation.
Develop and mantain new Tools/automations for additional business Processes, including, but not limited to.
WAIS (We are all in Sales) Program Recurrent Revenue Relocation Process CEI (Contract Execution Initiation) Customer Centric Model Program management Bid Process Change Control Proactive Renewals Control.
SOW Generation Collaborate with Sales, Americas Business Management, Finance or Commercial Management, and the Solution Development Team process architects to develop a path to workflow automation for key business processes Manage Automation tool (Logiforms) Usage to efficiently allocate tools capabilities and avoid unexpected costs All Reuqired Business process are automated and maintained up and runnig Proved Efficiency gains for each automated process Automation tool usage is managed properly Support adoption of internal and external digitalization iniatives.
work in collaboration with OBI Data Automation teams to promote and share AME advances in business process automation, encouraging improvement and efficiency gains across the organization.
Working with the ABM Client Executives, the Business Process Automation Architect will seek opportunities to standardize Governance and Outcome Management contract lifecycle standards and reporting.
Support plans to adopt new tools and processes Track requirements from regional users; Coordinate pilots with users and collect feedback Coordinate training session with users to demonstrate new tools and features User requirements are accurately captured, Documented and shread with Bid Process Program Director for proper Prioritization New Business Process automation are well adopted and further developed as per user feedback Users are fully trained and capable to use any new tool implemented about you knowledge and abilities Business Process Automation architecture and programming skills with extended experience with Logiforms process automation tools is essential Deep understanding of sales activities and business operation processes.
how bids and pipeline are managed Understanding of contract lifecycle management key milestones and governance models administration and analytical skills to develop and catalogue process automations Strong project and tools development skills Experience in supporting processes improvements Experienced working towards targets and deadlines.
Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
Ability to build a network of people, getting things done Ability to establish excellent working relationships with cross functional teams including; ABM, Sales, Pre-sales, Finance, Solutions, Commercial teams, and IT.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership Excellent oral and written communication skills; English is essential Ability to perform simultaneous tasks and prioritize effectively Ability to work well under pressure and to adapt to time demands to meet the requirements of the business and its customers Capable to learn and manage 3 rd party tools education, qualifications, and certifications Academic degree in Software Engineering, Programming or equivalent Languages.
