BUSINESS PRESENTATION SPECIALIST

As a Business Presentations Specialist, you will be pivotal in drafting, reviewing, and refining various business documents including business plans, investor pitch decks, financial projections, and other related materials.
Responsibilities.
Draft, review, and edit business documents, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards.
Engage with clients through Zoom, phone, email, and other communication channels to gather essential information and facilitate project completion.
Utilize Asana and CRM software to track project progress and adherence to deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all client deliverables align with strategic goals.
Capable of excel including tables and information needed to create a proper business plan.
Manage sensitive information with discretion and uphold the confidentiality required in financial communications.
\n MBA or current enrollment in an MBA program required.
Heavy writing experience in business planning, SBA Loans for banks, and/or grant writing Exceptional command of the English language with strong writing and editing skills.
Proven experience in business writing, ideally within investments, banking, or finance.
Proficient in using office management systems like Asana and CRM platforms, and communication tools like Zoom.
Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in business and finance writing.
