lobal GTM Operations TeamAt TRACTIAN the GTM Operations team is a global department that supports Tractian GTM teams across the US, Brazil, and Mexico.
We are a foundational team that is building the systems and processes that support our GTM, Product, and Operations teams and directly impact our customer experience.

s a BI Analyst, you will work daily with HubSpot, Metabase, and BigQuery to ensure the extraction and analysis of reliable data.
Your primary focus will be assisting the GTM Ops team in optimizing efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success while improving observability and automation across multiple functions.
This role requires an energetic and proactive individual who can provide both technical and strategic support to drive business success.

Engage with key stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable data backed insights.
evelop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.

sales and customer success analytics, compensation calculations for the GTM team, management of conversational analytics platform, managing customer contract data (pricing proposals and purchase orders)Conduct deep-dive analyses of business processes and objectives, implementing new metrics that enhance strategic and operational decision-making.

+ years of professional experience in a data-intensive role, such as business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar field.
trong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate data-driven insights.
ands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, Metabase, or similar platforms.
xperience working with cloud-based data warehouses like BigQuery.
roficiency in Python or other programming languages for data analysis and automation.
