Business Intelligence Analyst - The mission of the Cloud Economics team at Wildlife is to have world-class productivity and efficiency across the company by finding and further investigating efficiency opportunities related to the usage and/or provisioning of technology resources. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the visualization layer for costs, usage and performance of WLS IT Infra. You will also play a key role in determining how metric targets are established for our games and in improving cost governance through proper resource allocation. The right person for this position is curious by nature, and comfortable in a take the initiative environment, loves solving problems, and can thrive in a fast and growing business. What you'll do Be part of a high-output team, directly contributing to company results; Build visualization layers to a) get insights about our IT operation, and b) expose that information to a company-wide audience; Propose relevant KPIs to monitor costs and performance; Develop a cost forecasting model according to the business drivers of each game; Propose how to determine metric targets for the games; Provide insights that allow us to identify potential performance issues / avoid deviations in costs; Improve cost governance by ensuring resources are properly allocated. What you'll need University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics or a related field; Solid experience working as a BI or data analyst on technically challenging problems; Proficiency in data visualization tools (e. g. Looker); Knowledge and experience with SQL and Python; English advanced level; Knowledge and experience with Databricks and AWS is highly desirable.
