- Collect, analyze, and translate operations data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain reporting processes, dashboards, and data visualization tools to deliver accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.
- Accountable for data quality and handling initiatives and ensuring contractual and regulatory obligations are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency within scope. Account or Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with account stakeholders to understand reporting requirements to effectively manage operations.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely using charts and dashboards to tell the story
- Provide training and support to end-users of the reporting/dashboard. Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced level in Excel.
- With hands-on experience with DataViz tools, such as Power BI.
