BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive service improvements. Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in service delivery processes and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and behavior to understand their needs and preferences, helping to tailor services for better customer satisfaction. Predictive Analytics: Utilize predictive models to forecast future trends and demands, enabling proactive planning and resource allocation. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Commercial, Customer Service, and IT, to ensure data integrity and support strategic initiatives. Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security by adhering to best practices in data management and governance. What You Will Have Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar. Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools is a plus. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Educational Background: A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in data analysis is advantageous. Experience: Previous experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a services or operations context, is highly desirable.
