Business Development Representative at BDWe are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team and help spearhead our growth. As a Business Development Representative, you will prospect, message, and call potential leads, with the purpose of generating leads to be passed on to the Sales Team to close. You must have excellent time management, organization, and conversation skills as well as a commercial mindset. What You Will Do:- Create processes and develop the Outbound Business Development team. - Generate qualified leads for the Sales Team. - Pitch our services in a concise and confident manner. - Be relentless in pursuing new prospects. - Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with prospects. - Receive prospects from Sales Channels and convert them into leads. - Work closely and collaboratively to improve, develop and implement newprocesses. - Work closely with Sales Operations and Sales teams to close new leads. Heres what we are looking for:- 2- years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development roles- Proven positive track record in B2B IT sales. - Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with Advanced English level.
