The Digital Change Specialist help drive change that spans multiple users across different business units and geographies. Your strategic recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to collaborate with highly talented IBMers. Core ResponsibilitiesIdentification and follow-up of project stakeholders. Identification and proper management of organizational impacts of the project. Preparation and support in the communication plan. Application of the change management methodologies. Leadership and integration of end user related activities with delivery roadmap. Support with executive leadership in reporting status and progress of project issues and risks. All vacancies are eligible for people with disabilities and rehabilitated. Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience with change management (IT projects)Strong business mind and orientationExperience working with people / teams from different countries, backgrounds and scopesResult-orientated and able to perform with short timelinesNatural ability to think in end-to-end user journeys and user centricity orientedConsultative skillsGood writing and presentation skillsExcellent communication skills. Preferable design skills for communication and presentation deliverables creationExperience with video creation, presentation, education materialFluent in EnglishPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience with software development lifecycle. Experience with product management.
