The Business Assitant is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.
Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients.
The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities.
Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquires, as needed Execute work assigned, including annual review certification and change requests Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact finding questions, following up on open items and helping with content approval Conduct needs assessment and update content or develop content related solutions according to business requirements Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on help content and all other open items related to business including policy gaps and changes Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by requested due date Ensure consistent application of team process controls Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications.
1-2 years relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Self-motivated and detail oriented Proven organization and time management skills Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience Executar o papel de representar o cliente no banco, assegurando que as exigências dos clientes corporativos serão atendidas pelas áreas internas, com tempo de resposta e padrão adequado.
Responsável por priorizar e escalar as demandas e sugerir revisões de melhorias de processos que possam gerar um melhor atendimento e resposta ao cliente.
Ser o front-end para todos os clientes Corporate em temas relacionados a pré-processamento e ponto focal de escalonamento para o cliente de qualquer tema relacionado a pós processamento e esclarecimento de dúvidas em geral.
Auxiliando inclusive o cliente em preenchimentos de formulários, esclarecimento de duvidas, abertura de contas, primeiros acessos, welcome do cliente, Acompanhar a finalização das operações negociadas com seus clientes, garantindo o envio da Documentação e contratos aos clientes, o retorno do cliente com a Documentação e assinaturas adequadas e dentro do prazo para que a operação possa ser concluída.
Garantir a comunicação adequada com o time de Documentation Office para que eles possam se antecipar e checar o que será necessário para concluir esta operação dentro do tempo esperado, priorizando se necessário.
Visitas a cliente exclusivamente para tratar assuntos relacionados a serviços (quando necessário).
Elaborar as atas com o resultado da visita e colaborar com os planos de ação para ajudar a elevar o nível de serviço.
Participar como o primeiro elo de contato a demandas do banco que tenham que ir até o cliente obter documentação ou informações, incluindo cobrança de saldo devedor, vencimento de documentações, problemas com pagamentos ou processamentos e/ou atualizações necessárias.
Para isso, será o centralizador de contatos das áreas internas para demandas que tenham que contatar os clientes.
Mantenha atualizados a base de contatos e todos os cadastros e informações dos clientes.
EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDAS.
formação básica.
Grau superior completo –não requerida áreas especificas ou em vias de se formar, cursando 7o.
Semestre ou acima na faculdade.
Experiência anterior.
Posições relacionadas ao atendimento ao cliente, análise de informações e Qualidade, área de produtos, áreas comerciais.
Inglês avançado/fluente.
