Business Analyst - It s part of Digiu Digital Group, a pioneering technology consultancy company with a distinguished track record spanning over two decades in digital transformation, digital commerce, and customer experience. We boast a portfolio of over 500 digital projects across 15+ countries. To join our team, we are seeking an exceptionally proactive Business Analyst to work with IT support in the web development area, serving as a fundamental part of the project and acting as an interface between the client and the development team. The main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, following the communications with the client and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, love technology, and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Requirements:Must be passionate about technology, IT experience preferred. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Excellent documentation skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Strong public speaking skills; ability to communicate comfortably and clearly in front of an audience. Spanish language proficiency is mandatory, while English is a secondary requirement. Willingness to work on weekends or after hours if the client demands it. Responsibilities:Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Performing requirements analysis. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Performing user acceptance testing. Hard Skills:Experience in negotiating and accompanying clients. Fluent Spanish. English intermediate conversational.
