And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through ourHybrid Work Model**Job Description**:Position PurposeTo understand business requirements and processes and identify business technology and/or process & information opportunities, working with business and IT managers to develop, implement and maintain solutions which deliver business value within agreed timelines and budgets. Major/Key Accountabilities- Elicits, analyzes, and documents requirements (business, functional, and non-functional)- Works with key stakeholders to prioritize requirements most beneficial to the business- Ensures compliance with Global IT strategies, enterprise architecture, and best practices as well as all relevant local/regional/global governmental regulations- Reinforce the project goals and objectives to prevent scope creep/gold plating- Recommends solution options which directly impact the success of a project or initiative- Effectively communicates with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, systems analysts, developers, and quality assurance analysts to ensure requirements are clearly stated, buildable, and testable- Oversees the successful completion of User Acceptance Testing, tracking testing progress and defect resolutionChallenges/ Problem Solving- Working with multiple geographies to deliver projects and products- Negotiating users to change behavior, adopting new tools and processes- Navigating IT capabilities and constraints whilst working to meet the business needs- Implementation of communications strategy. Examples include risk escalation, incident management, lessons learned, team corrective actions, the collection and dissemination of relevant information appropriately. **Qualifications**:- Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, relevant business field preferred- Certifications preferred:- IIBA - ECBA, CCBA, CBAP- PMI - PBA- Equivalent combination of education / experienceDesirable Qualifications- Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltExperience- 3+ years business analysis experience- Experience within an IT focussed role- Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies- Experience with the software delivery lifecycle- Proven success in improving the customer experience- Experience working within a matrix structure- Experience working remotely with globally scattered users and teams- Experience influencing others with limited/no direct authoritySkills and KnowledgeRelationship Management- Use facilitation skills to encourage participation from all attendees- Influence others to drive decisions and actions- Use active listening skills to understand real issues/needs and build trust- Leverage negotiation and conflict management skills reach agreementsStrong Analytical and Critical Thinking- Ability to put the pieces together- Inspire others to think creatively and identify innovative solutions- Leverage holistic view of people, processes, and technology- Use a structured approach to problem solvingEffective Communication- Demonstrate well prepared, stakeholder-focused written communications- Adapt communication styles to the needs of the situation and the individual/audience- Ensure comprehension of new concepts (lead demos, trainings, informal communications)- Help others make the best decision based on appropriate criteria, such as: business need, opportunities, risk, compliance, and ability to achieve the desired outcome- Present complex concepts in understandable terms to all levels in the organizationComfortable with Change and Ambiguity- Adapt to and embrace changing situations as an opportunity, rather than an obstacle- Demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and willinglyOther Key Skills- Foster a collaborative working environment- Leverage an understanding of the organization to identify the most effective means of implementing a changeTechnical and Application Knowledge- Experience of a CRM [example: Siebel, Salesforce] and SAP- Understanding of EDI and API concepts- Understanding of Web, Mobile, and IoT concepts- Experienc
