Role Summary Supervised by the AR Manager, the Billing Analyst will be working as part of a team responsible for global client billing plus any additional requests as required. What You'll Be Doing Generate and distribute billing/sales invoices and adhere to special billing requirements set forth by the clients. Issue/record sales invoices in the accounting software to customers/account managers. Prepare Account Receivable and other related reports. Resolve sales and customer billing disputes. Issuance of credit memos or billing adjustments. Assist in the preparation in the monthly sales analysis and reports by product and by region. Contact Sales team to acquire accounting/billing information. Work closely with the accounting team and the Finance team to assess overall financial trends. Continuously apply internal controls under SOX to ensure adequacy and adherence to company policies and procedures. Recommend and implement agreed process improvement to the billing cycle. Writing and implementing standard operating procedures. Handle administrative and accounting-oriented duties and responsibilities as needed. Communicate and interact with various internal departments and externally with customers. Other duties as assigned. What Were Looking For Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in billing. Oracle or ERP experience is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. High degree of attention to detail. Strong computer and interpersonal skills. Communicate clearly: both verbal and written English with a professional demeanor. Ability to multi-task and follow directions. A proven dedication to teamwork, leadership, and integrity within a professional environment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
