BDR (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE)

Nesta vaga você seria responsável por:
° Realizar prospecção ativa de clientes por telefone, e-mail, redes sociais e outras plataformas de comunicação;
° Qualificar leads e identificar oportunidades de negócios alinhadas com os serviços oferecidos pela agência (como marketing digital, gestão de redes sociais, criação de campanhas publicitárias, etc.);
° Agendar reuniões para o time de vendas com leads qualificados;
° Manter e atualizar o CRM com informações relevantes sobre os leads e o progresso das prospecções;
° Colaborar com a equipe de marketing para ajustar e melhorar estratégias de geração de leads;
° Acompanhar tendências de mercado e identificar novos nichos de atuação;
° Participar de treinamentos e desenvolver-se nas técnicas de vendas e negociação.
Requisitos:
° Formação em andamento ou concluída;
° Habilidade para comunicação clara e eficaz, tanto escrita quanto verbal;
° Proatividade e atitude "mão na massa" para realizar prospecção ativa;
° Desejo de aprender e crescer na área comercial;
° Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM será um diferencial;
° Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e atingir metas estabelecidas;
° Interesse no mercado de marketing digital e suas tendências.
Regime: Presencial
Contrato: PJ ou CLT
Remuneração: a combinar
Ajuda de custo de R$300,00;
