G. , Solution Architect, AccountDelivery Executive, Pursuit Lead, Sales Solution Specialist in the pre-saleprocess by understanding business requirements and providing industry andtechnical input and/or solution offerings to help shape the deal. Supportsdrafting proposals and/or statement of work SOW. Provides input on staffing and skill requirements for delivery to ResourceDeployment, Technical Delivery Managers TDMs, and/or Project Managers. Technical DeliveryFollows capacity process outlined by Global Capacity Management team. Maintainstools with up-to-date skills and availability. Leads meetings with customers/partners to understand business needs. Usesbusiness, industry and technology strategies to map customer/partner requirementsto the adoption and optimization of Microsoft technology solutions. Engages othersappropriately to understand and define customer requirements. Participates in project planning and develops project documents by identifying therisks and dependencies. Communicates the business value of planned solutions tocustomers/ partners. Identifies technical and business risks in programs andproposes mitigations. Assists project managers/architects in preparing forsteering committee e. G. , developing artifacts. Manages their schedule andcommunicates to project leads. Generates and delivers Work Breakdown StructureWBS. Implements solutions and provide oversight and leadership on workstreamsacross domains while adhering to Microsoft Services processes. Aligns solutionswith the intent of the architecture. Manages escalations, analyzes situations, and coordinates appropriate resources toresolve issues by following delivery practices, considering cost implications, andengaging in conversations with internal and external stakeholders e. G. , CustomerService and Support, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Product Group asneeded. Proactively manages executive-level customer/partner/stakeholder relationships toidentify and contribute to the drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction,determine the root cause, and establish recovery actions to improve experience. Works with account team to ensure One Microsoft approach. Shares lessons learnedwith workgroup and consultant community. Intellectual Property ManagementActs as an ambassador in consumption of intellectual property IP by leveragingand/or modifying existing IP or creating repeatable content where applicable. Provides feedback on Managed IP for continuous improvement, reports IP gaps,reviews IP to be considered for harvesting and curation and ensures it is loggedfor consumption. Improves Managed Standard Offerings MSO quality andcollaborates with portfolio and solution teams of the domain by providingfeedback. Business DevelopmentIdentifies opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption and consumption ofthe cloud and Microsoft technologies. As appropriate, facilitates other teammembers to scale the business with existing customers by articulating valuepropositions of strategic Microsoft products and services and developing newofferings for the domain. Drives innovation and digital transformation. Ensuresthe use of existing intellectual property IP. ReadinessLearns new technologies or services based on business demands and industry trends. Obtains relevant accreditations and certifications as advised by domainleadership team. Identifies certifications and readiness plans in partnership withdomain Chief Technology Officer CTO. Leads or participates in relevant technicalcommunities, and conducts training sessions to evangelize technology and/orofferings based on availability. Mentors team members and acts as a technicaladvisor for stakeholders by providing thought leadership, articulation ofsolutions value, and outcomes of business strategies. Operational ExcellenceCompletes operational tasks and readiness, and ensures timeliness and accuracy. Follows Microsoft policies, compliance, and procedures e. G. , Enterprise ServicesAuthorization Policy, Standards of Business Conduct, labor logging, expenses,travel guidelines. Leads as example and guides team members on operational tasks,readiness, and compliance. Other**Qualifications**:Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or relatedfield AND 3+ years leadership experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS, MicrosoftAzure Active Directory, Certificates, DevOps IaC, Bicep, ARM, VS Code,Networking concepts TcpIp, DNS, VNet, peerings, VPN, Express Route,OR equivalent experience in other public clouds. 3+ years of experience in design and deployment of virtualization of serversInfrastructure as a Service, storage, networking, and security on public cloudssuch as Azure, AWS/Google Cloud and hybrid environments. 3+ years of experience in design and implementation of Infrastructure-BasedProcesses such as Monitoring, Capacity Planning, Performance Tuning, AssetManagement and Disaster Recovery over public clouds and hybrid environments. 2+ years of experience in migration of legacy system infrastructure fromon-prem/hybrid environments to Public Clouds such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud. 2+ years of experience in automating the deployment of cloud infrastructureservices using Bicep, ARM templates, Terraform or VS Code. 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management in the Cloud ActiveDirectory, Securing Data in the Cloud, Securing the Operating Systems inVirtualized Servers, Protecting the Network Layer, Managing Security Monitoring,Alerting, Audit Trail, and Incident Response over Public Clouds such as Azure, AWSor Google. Advanced written and spoken English level. Additional or Preferred Qualifications5+ years leadership experience in an enterprise environment. Technical certifications based on domain Azure Administrator Associate, AzureSecurity Engineer Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar. Project Management certification e. G. , PMP, Scrum.
