AWS DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST, ENTERPRISE - LATAM

DESCRIPTION We're looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven marketer responsible to support digital execution at field marketing activities for the Enterprise segment in LATAM.
This role will implement field marketing activities in a digital perspective, leveraging best practices and innovative programs to drive events attendance, leads, pipeline, acquire new customers, increase product adoption and expand awareness of AWS solutions to customers and prospects.
The right candidate will understand enterprise accounts and the personas within an enterprise, and be able to design an engagement strategy that includes multiple touchpoints across marketing programs.
This role work very closely with the Field Marketing team to support marketing objectives with digital tactics such as e-mail marketing to support events, webinars, social media coverage for the Enterprise marketing programs, events (Digital, In Person), etc.
The ideal candidate will take an analytical approach to problem solving and have a proven track record in building and executing strategic digital marketing programs for every field marketing activity.
This person will have experience working within cross-functional organizations to develop integrated marketing strategies that generate pipeline.
Key job responsibilities Create regional contents in alignment with the Global team.
Implement and measure digital activities and coordinate them across channels and products to support teams in executing innovative field support to achieve LATAM goals.
Manage the tools needed to develop the digital activities such as email marketing, CRM, webinar, social media, SFDC, Marketo, Splashthat; Partner with Global digital team to ensure best practices and align Enterprise field needs to team goals.
Analyze the results of initiatives and drive improvements through scalable, efficient new processes to optimize our resources.
-Collaborate closely with the Digital marketing team and cross functional teams to design and implement a digital strategy that impacts business growth and enhance online reputation.
-Activate content in multiple campaign channels, ensuring proper tracking and reporting for effectiveness.
Work closely with Marketing Automation Team and region Lead Management members on results tracking, lead scoring, and reporting.
Establish best practice processes for all digital channels for field marketing in the region.
Evaluate emerging technologies.
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate for the market.
-Review and proof read content for Enterprise segment marketing campaigns and initiatives in LATAM.
- develop ABM and Greenfiled strategic programs About the team The field marketing team is responsible for developing marketing strategies and execution to reach startups, developers, small businesses and enterprise audiences and Public Sector (Gov, Education and Healthcare) across the geography of Latin America.
Exposure and partnership with Sales teams and Leaderaship.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs - Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
