We are driven by challengesIf you also share this vision and have the passion to gather knowledge together with people from different cultures, different countries, and experts from different technologies, practicing your communication skills and empathy (in English or Geman), you can be the talent we are looking for!**Your Mission**- Maintain Jira Software, ITSM, and Assets- Maintain our custom fields, workflows, and Atlassian plugins- Support with migrations, complex batch operations, and automation- Manage add-ons like Tempo. Io, EazyBI, etc. - Support and execute Jira baselines- Coach user for the right technical solution for feature demands and in general improve how we work with Jira- Communicate concepts & principles of our Jira project implementation as a guideline for efficient usage**Experience**- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification. - 3 years of relevant job experience in working with and administrating Jira and related Atlassian tools- Experience in scripting and data processing incl. Jira Automation and ScriptRunner- Nice to have- Experience in agile (scaling) and agile tools- Experience in service provider and/or agile in regulated environments (ISO 9001, 27001, 20000,. . . )**Personal Skills**- Excellent communication and people skills- Very good organizational skills- Assertiveness and a well-structured way of working- Language skills: Proficient in English. German is a plus.
