ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - INDUSTRIALIZATION & SAMPLING

Key responsibilities.
Manage the activities and ensure the necessary resources for the process of introducing new products in Latin America, in a safe, efficient, high quality and in a timely manner; Provide technical support during implementations in the adoption of new flavors, scale-ups and transfers of products to the Manufacturing area through optimization, troubleshooting and management of production processes; Management and control of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for the site, with full responsibility for meeting the short and medium term objectives established globally or regionally; Manage the execution of product transfers, product reformulations, and product archiving to the sites; Identify process and equipment improvements in Sampling, pilot plant and large scale and support Engineering / Operations in implementation; Manage the sampling end-to-end process focusing on cycle time improvement, aiming to elevate the standards and controls in the region.
Requirements Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Chemical, Food Engineering or related Postgraduate Degree in related areas Fluent English and Spanish Experience in industrialization activities, introduction of new products, and processes in the manufacturing environment;  Availability to travel.
