This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment, respond quickly to changes, and show significant initiative to join the Netflix legal team and be based in our São Paulo office.
he successful candidate will be supporting the LatAm Legal team and stakeholders by reviewing and drafting contracts; facilitating signatures on contracts; updating, optimizing and managing contract and workflow systems, including notifications; creating and maintaining information on our legal portal, as well as providing general administrative and operational support to the LatAm Legal team.
esponsibilitiesCoordinate with the contract management team members to ensure we effectively; support business needs, including leveraging contract databases, systems, and tools;Conduct multifaceted research to support contract creation and drafting;Facilitate the completion and execution of contracts such as Non-Disclosure Agreement, Master Service Agreement, and Scope Of Works in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (review agreements and actively participate in meetings);Manage and optimize contract templates, repositories, and workflow systems; Create and maintain information resources for team members and business partners;Work cross-functionally with internal teams and business partners in a collaborative manner; Maintain flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as necessary to support business priorities;Contract execution, administration and document management on our legal portal.

ualifications.
+ years of relevant experience as a contract coordinator and contract management at law firms, legal departments, or B2C and B2B companies, ideally including familiarity with technology transactions.
luency in Portuguese and English.
Spanish is a plus.
rior experience with contract drafting, reviewing, management, and/or legal delivery.
igh level of organization, detail orientation, and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines; proven track record of improving team operating efficiency.
