Mission: As an Architect in Salesforce Support, your mission is to contribute to the successful delivery of Salesforce-related projects by assisting in the design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. You will collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Architect and other team members to ensure that integration designs meet business needs and adhere to best practices. Responsibilities: Assist in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions that align with business requirements. Collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Architect on integration designs, ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other systems. Support the development of technical documentation, including solution designs and integration specifications. Participate in requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Assist in testing and validating Salesforce implementations to ensure functionality and performance. Stay updated on Salesforce features, best practices, and new releases to provide informed recommendations. Requirements: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities and capabilities. Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (e. g. , Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components) is a plus. Knowledge of integration concepts and methodologies (e. g. , REST, SOAP APIs). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Advanced English level. Nice to Haves: Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus. Experience with Salesforce AppExchange products or third-party integrations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices. Understanding of data modeling and database concepts related to Salesforce.
