G. , Solution Architect, AccountDelivery Executive, Pursuit Lead, Sales Solution Specialist in the pre-saleprocess by understanding business requirements and providing industry andtechnical input and/or solution offerings to help shape the deal. Supportsdrafting proposals and/or statement of work SOW. Provides input on staffing and skill requirements for delivery to ResourceDeployment, Technical Delivery Managers TDMs, and/or Project Managers. Technical DeliveryFollows capacity process outlined by Global Capacity Management team. Maintainstools with up-to-date skills and availability. Leads meetings with customers/partners to understand business needs. Usesbusiness, industry, and technology strategies to map customer/partner requirementsto the adoption and optimization of Microsoft technology solutions. Engages othersappropriately to understand and define customer requirements. Participates in project planning and develops project documents by identifying therisks and dependencies. Communicates the business value of planned solutions tocustomers/ partners. Identifies technical and business risks in programs andproposes mitigations. Assists project managers/architects in preparing forsteering committee e. G. , developing artifacts. Manages their schedule andcommunicates with project leads. Generates and delivers Work Breakdown StructureWBS. Implements solutions and provide oversight and leadership on workstreamsacross domains while adhering to Microsoft Services processes. Aligns solutionswith the intent of the architecture. Manages escalations, analyzes situations, and coordinates appropriate resources toresolve issues by following delivery practices, considering cost implications, andengaging in conversations with internal and external stakeholders e. G. , CustomerService and Support, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Product Group asneeded. Proactively manages executive-level customer/partner/stakeholder relationships toidentify and contribute to the drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction,determine the root cause, and establish recovery actions to improve experience. Works with account team to ensure One Microsoft approach. Shares lessons learnedwith workgroup and consultant community. Intellectual Property ManagementActs as an ambassador in consumption of intellectual property IP by leveragingand/or modifying existing IP or creating repeatable content where applicable. Provides feedback on Managed IP for continuous improvement, reports IP gaps,reviews IP to be considered for harvesting and curation and ensures it is loggedfor consumption. Improves Managed Standard Offerings MSO quality andcollaborates with portfolio and solution teams of the domainby providingfeedback. Business DevelopmentIdentifies opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption and consumption ofcloud and Microsoft technologies. As appropriate, facilitates other team membersto scale the business with existing customers by articulating value propositionsof strategic Microsoft products and services and developing new offerings for thedomain. Drives innovation and digital transformation. Ensures the use of existingintellectual property IP. ReadinessLearns new technologies or services based on business demands and industry trends. Obtains relevant accreditations and certifications as advised by domainleadership team. Identifies certifications and readiness plans in partnership withdomain Chief Technology Officer CTO. Leads or participates in relevant technicalcommunities and conducts training sessions to evangelize technology and/orofferings based on availability. Mentors team members and acts as a technicaladvisor for stakeholders by providing thought leadership, articulation ofsolutions value, and outcomes of business strategies. Operational ExcellenceCompletes operational tasks and readiness, and ensures timeliness and accuracy. Follows Microsoft policies, compliance, and procedures e. G. , Enterprise ServicesAuthorization Policy, Standards of Business Conduct, labor logging, expenses,travel guidelines. Leads as example and guides team members on operational tasks,readiness, and compliance. **Qualifications**:Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or relatedfield AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of businessOR equivalent experience. Architecture and microservices development for public clouds. Meetings, development, designing and deploying testing processes, deployingsoftware using automated processes and troubleshooting and resolving softwaredefects over Pure Cloud and/or Hybrid environments. 3+ years of experience working with Agile, CI/CD or DevOps models involvingmultiple disciplines of coding, testing and deployment. Experience with Azure Kubernetes & containers - Docker, Kubectl, shell scripting,Pod design & configuration, operations and monitoring, and container tools such asPrometheus, Twistlock or Confidential. Experience in development projects targeting a variety of form factors e. G. ,Mobile, IoT, HoloLens, Open Source, Cross Platform. Application Lifecycle Management e. G. , Agile, SCRUM, TFS. Solution Architecture e. G. , SOA, enterprise architecture. Experience with. NET technologies up to the latest version e. G. , WCF, WF, MVC. Advanced written and spoken English level. Additional or Preferred QualificationsAdvanced written and spoken Spanish level. 5+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business. Emerging technologies e. G. , Blockchain, IoT, BoT Framework, Mixed Reality. Technical certifications based on domain/service line e. G. , Azure, Security,Dynamics, Azure Developer Associate, Azure IoT Developer, DevOps Engineer Expert,Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar. Delivery Management certification e.
