ANDROID DEVELOPER/SERVICE DEVELOPER ()

Requisitos.
•Engineering degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems, or similar; •A solid technical foundation in Software development in general, and Android in particular; •Android and/or technology trends, applied innovation using a combination of open platforms (SDKs/SOA), service design, continuous improvement culture or app architecture and performance; •Good understanding for basic HW components (ECU’s, sensors, actuators and wiring harnesses and SW design (basic SW architecture, communication protocols, diagnostics); •Fluent proficiency level of English, both written and spoken; •Experience with Kotlin and React-native (optional); •International and multi-cultural experience with a global organization; •Experience with JIRA, Confluence, power BI and requirement tools.
Atividades.
•Designing, developing, and maintaining Android applications (services), both on our Android Automotive platform as well as for Android for mobiles and tablets - for customers with trucks in their fleets; •Create quick prototypes to demo ideas, or to validate options with/for our customers; •Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance app/service functionality; •Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications, by developing clean, maintainable, and efficient code; •Share knowledge in the team, e.

by performing code reviews to maintain code quality and sharing of best practices and know-how to continuously improve the architecture and development; •Be part of Vehicle Technology, and more specifically, the Services organization, and be part of the Services Development Team and report to the Group Manager of BASC.
