Key Responsibilities Create, optimize and maintain data models to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes. Regularly update and refine data models to align with evolving business needs. Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely integration of data from multiple sources into the data warehouse. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across various departments. Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually effective, and tailored to meet diverse business requirements. Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their data needs and translate those requirements into scalable technical solutions. Document workflows, data structures, and processes to ensure clarity and consistency within the team. Monitor and stay informed about emerging tools, techniques, and trends in data engineering and analytics. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data pipelines, tools, and practices for greater efficiency and reliability. Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in roles related to data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar functions. Strong expertise in SQL with experience in designing and managing data models. Hands-on experience with Python for data processing, analysis, or ETL development. Familiarity with API integrations, DBT, and version control systems like Git. Familiarity with visualization tools. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. What do we offer?
