Aml Intelligence Analyst Ii - If you''re excited to empower small business owners around the world, we''d love to hear from you. We are a diverse group working in the areas of AML, Compliance and Regulatory with active participation in business strategies and decisions. Our team is made up of more than 60 people from different countries. Hybrid regime, 1 to 2 days in person at the office in Pinheiros - So Paulo. What you''ll do:Expertise in the extraction, consolidation and analysis of databases, for the preparation of analytical, managerial and operational reports; Analyze data and proposestrategies to leverage results and efficiency in the area; Carry out the continuousimprovement of PLD rules in relation to products and customer profiles; Conduct studies and recognize patterns of financial crimes and/or suspicious behavior based on historical data and analysis of real cases; Conduct thematic studieson LD/FT products, customers, media and scenarios; Identify and analyze threats, challenges or opportunities and develop monitoring and control mechanisms; Create documentation that defines the functioning of the anti-money laundering program (system connection interfaces, products, functioning of AML prevention rules versus specific regulations); Youll be great for this role if:Experience with business intelligence and analytics; Experience with handlingand analyzing large volumes of data; Experience in creating dashboards via Tableau, Excel, PowerBI and Google Datastudio; Experience in building executive, tactical and operational reports with KPIs; Experience in using SQL language for data analysis and extraction; Desirable knowledge in Python and/or R; Desirable 2 years of experience in PLD and/or KYC compliance and/or fraud; Desirable experience in a financial institution or consultancy (finance); Advanced English;Problem Solving, analytical, proactive and willing to work in team and cross function.
