The Opportunity Supports and drives achievement of the Mining Undercarriage and GET business plan by monitoring the business and generating recommendations that contribute to both the short-term and long-term initiatives of these plans for Brazil and Suriname territory. What You Will Do: The key role of this assignment is that of an individual contributor who is beginning to develop a reputation as an expert in a specific business segment/specialty area. Expertise may be in a specific product or industry or in a process related to critical distribution related areas such as service, parts or business processes. Individuals demonstrate creativity, foresight, business judgement and outstanding machine application or marketing/distribution knowledge. Continuing to develop applications experience, life cycle cost knowledge of dealers and customers application, industry and marketplace needs. Provides consulting and project services covering NPI, market and distribution needs to stimulate breakthrough solutions that would help in market leadership. Works along with senior management in planning major programs and objectives for the Division. Position works independently with considerable freedom of action and is broadly subject to functional policies and ultimate goals. Manages the compliance of its own assignments and keeps up to date with new industry trends, changing technology and regulations affecting the competitive environment. What You Have (Required Skills): Customer Focus: Knowledge of customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Effective Communications: Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas and information. Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Value Selling: Ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address customer needs. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferably in engineering and marketing or related field or equivalent experience. Extensive experience in Mining +5 years, with a good working understanding of the needs of customers, dealers and products. Pre Advanced English. Top candidate will also have: Experience in Ground Engaging Tools (GET) or Wear Products. Experience in Undercarriage. Strong Planning and forecasting background. Spanish Basic. Additional Information: This position may require 50% of Travel.
