Accounts Receivable Specialist, Latam - Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. Position SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to help us supporting LATAM countries. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be the point of contact for customer''s and internal stakeholder''s inquiries about invoices, billing cycles, consumption and many other Finance questions. The daily routine involves invoicing, collections, contracts approval and other tasks related to AR. This individual will play a key role in supporting our rapidly growing business by understanding the needs of our clients and shaping efficient and trusted relationships with our business partners. To be considered, please submit your resume in English. **Responsibilities**:- Review LATAM business revenue contracts, especially financial terms. - Review the process of refunds, top-ups, rebates etc. to ensure financial compliance. - Establish debt collection management system and business data report management. - Propose corresponding system optimization requirements in response to the changes in business development. - Perform Collection, Invoicing and other tasks related to AR. - Build/optimize processes, specifications, related templates, etc. - Support the headquarters finance team as requested. - Provide relevant support to the business department as necessary. - Other ad hoc work assigned by the leader. **Requirements**:- Bachelor''s degree or above in finance or accounting; - 3-5 years of direct ARprocess and debt collection experience in LATAM; - Strong logical thinking ability, sense of responsibility, good work habits, sound judgment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Demonstrates an understanding of local commercial market environment, processes and customer habits in various LATAM countries; - Ability to multi-task,prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; - Proficient in Spanish,Portuguese and English. **Preferred Qualifications**:- Local certification/qualification in finance or accounting- Direct industry experience in multi-national companies, internet, or advertising industries- Demonstrates an Always Day 1 attitudeTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
