ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST

About the position: We are looking for an analytical account receivable professional to manage incoming payments from daily operations ensuring that all process submitted complies with established financial policies and standard procedures. Also responsible for supporting the third party with the maintenance of accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and trade investments are validated and applied correctly, collections are done with accuracy, uncollectible amounts are accounted, and miscellaneous discrepancies are validated and cleared in time. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address issues identified and support on optimizing the financial transactions by understanding the end-to-end accounts receivable process. Main Responsibilities: Managing and reconciling customers accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments received Researching and resolving account differences when required Monitoring and supporting the collection process, following up on customer performance and mitigating financial impacts Execution of internal controls to validate rebates such as: Trades, commercial agreements, and contractual discounts Collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure that records are accurate and complete Assist other accounting and finance team members with month-end and year-end closing process Supporting stakeholders with clear and assertive information about the customers portfolio Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency with close communication Requirements: Complete Higher Education Advanced Office Suite Experience with SAP Experience with accounts receivable Previous experience in the food, beverage or consumer goods segment desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
