You will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management and general ledger entries.
You will prepare and analyze financial statements, actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
You will manage contract and purchase order intake, tracking, reporting and management.
You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
You will conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
You will assist in the preparation of external audits.
You will maintain banking relationships, reconcile bank statements, resolve discrepancies.
You will monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
You will collaborate with other departments and parent company to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
You will provide support during the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Your profile.
You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
Your proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required.
Your professional certification (e.
., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Your proficiency in SAP is a plus.
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You posses excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You have knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
