Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Controller to lead and manage multiple operations of the accounting and tax practice area and to deliver quality tax services, you will serve as a point of contact for all tax and accounting matters related to our Brazil Entity. ResponsibilitiesDeliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframeDrive tax compliances for forming a new Entity in Brazil Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returnsManage month end close for Brazil entity and assist with US entity close processesEnsure the timely deliverable and accuracy of journal entries and reconciliationsOversee productionof financial reportsIdentify and mitigate tax risksImprove processes by developing or implementing best practicesManage and coordinate tax auditsMaintain tax balances on general ledgerPrepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requestsDevelop and maintain accounting policies and proceduresRequirements and Desired Skills Experience in entity formationExperience in handling taxation matters in Brazil including entity formation and incorporationProven work experience managing an entityExcellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returnsKnowledge of tax software and MS OfficeExperience with Netsuite a plusExperience with US GAAP a plusExperience with performing month end close, reconciliations and developing processes a plusGood at meeting deadlines and solving problemsExceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationshipsStrong leadership and personnel management skillsAnalytical skills with detail orientationChartered Account with 5+ years of experience Advantages of joining Turing:
