• Engineering degree and technical experience;
• Experience in supplier quality work within the automotive business;
• Good knowledge and practice of automotive quality standards and tools,such as IATF 16949, VDA, APQP, PPAP;
• Good English communication skills.
Activities:
• Full end-to-end ownership of your portfolio of suppliers;
• Select the best suitable supplier for a sourcing award for a product;
• Apply risk management skills in all three steps: sourcing, project, and running production;
• Follow and challenge suppliers through continuous improvement work and maintain a zero-defect mindset after the start of serial production;
• Conduct detailed reviews of technical specifications;
• Implement and manage APQP to ensure products meet quality requirements from the start;
