Descrição da oferta de emprego
• Mechanical Engineer Degree or equivalent (e.g., Mechatronic);
• Experience as a product development engineer, preferably in the automotive industry;
• 3D CAD advanced knowledge, preferably PTC/CREO. Experience in cabling and piping is a differential;
• Knowledge in the application of quality tools (Risk Analysis, RCA, FMEA, etc);
• Fluent in English (Written & Verbal).
Diferencial:
• International and multicultural experience with a global and cross-functional organization;
• Knowledge in systems like pneumatics, braking, or suspension: electronic and conventional brake systems for commercial vehicles, pneumatics and routing, brackets and supports on sheet metal and castings;
• Knowledge of truck systems and applications;
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
Atividades:
• Lead the installation of pneumatic and electrical components on the chassis: valves, brackets, pneumatic tubes, harness routing, and respective layouts;
• Resolve quality issues, when necessary, in the area of concern;
• Provide technical solutions and design work in CAD;
• Elaborate documentation (3D models, drawings, technical regulations, technical descriptions, product structure, and releases);
• Provide inputs for product and system roadmaps;
• Ensure design fulfillment of business targets and requirements;
• Secure continuous optimization of product quality and cost;
• Elaborate validation and time plans;
• Support design reviews, risk analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and FMEAs;
