• Experienced Executive Assistant with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English;
• Proficient in IT tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Camtasia);
• Expert in efficiently handling agendas, minutes, material storage and invoicing system;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment and rapidly changing circumstances.
Atividades:
• Manage VP calendar, secure all travel arrangements & expense reports;
• Administration of orders, invoices and expenses as well as monthly budget and OPEX;
• Member of the GTP Executive Assistants network where you will contribute and be able to influence others to make things happen;
• Responsible for administrating on Functional e-mail accounts & PPDLs for GTP SA;
• Support the members of the GTP SA management team with selected activities when required;
• Support to publish/update information on Violin including handling all appointments;
• Plan, coordinate and drive meetings, seminars, conferences, and events for GTP SA group;
• Bring ideas of technical solutions to support virtual events, meetings, conferences;
• Organize workspaces and SharePoint sites/Teams groups for efficient ways of working;
• Responsible for the GTP Communications in a cross-functional way with other Volvo do Brasil divisions;
• Create presentation material;
