s a Sustainability and Foundation Sr.
Manager for LATAM you will have the opportunity to build Coca-Cola Foundation and Community Affairs strategy aligned with business needs.

efine Economic Empowerment strategy across the region and support zones in execute and track local programs.
uild alliances that create value for the company through the generation of projects that consolidate the company's social license as a socially responsible company committed to the community.
Internally align the strategy of the Foundation and the Community Affairs area to target projects that build corporate reputation through community programs.
Lead the relationship with KO Global Foundation.
Promote the actions of the Coca-Cola Foundation and Community Affairs among the different areas of the company and in the multifunctional teams (PAC, Social License, among others) Responsible to identify and summarize partners to different Foundation Projects.
Responsible for alignment with KO Bottlers Foundations.
Ensure response to multiply internal resources with external allies.
Strong understanding of the system and the community organizations.
Responsible for Coca-Cola Foundation strategy and funds in the region.

ualifications & RequirementsFluent English and Spanish5-8 years of total working experience in different areas.
Knowledge about social impact.
Experience in leading multi-country projects and working with multi-functional teamsAbility to build long term partnerships with NGOs, Civil Society and other IndustriesAbility to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies and plansAbility to lead multi-functional teams and permeate across different areas of the company and the Coca-Cola System (Bottlers)Ability to move easily throughout different sectors of society, building solid partnerships with key stakeholders (foundations, associations, opinion leaders, NGOs, among others.)Genuine passion for creating an environment that allows people to develop their potential, creating a high-performance teamRepresent the Company in external forums, workshops and events related to Community and social agenda at LATAM levelSolid business knowledge to use community agenda to create value to the businessSolid level of knowledge of the golden triangle.
