MANAGER BUYING PLANNING

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization.
This role is responsible to consolidate, organize & optimize buying planning for digital (ECOM & 3P).
First, it will support Sr KAMs and conduct 3P Buying Process.
Second, together with Ecom buying team, this resource will analyze ECOM + 3P buying plan and look for overlaps and opportunities to improve Manage operating rhythm with key stakeholders and drive key seasonal milestones Develop key relationships and drive KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities   Support Sr KAMs in seasonal execution.
Collect Sr KAM plans, inputs and build buying plan per account (breakdown per article, size curve, gender, colors,….) With each account plan for 3P, consolidate them all in one 3P buying plan Understand overlaps between accounts and make proposal for adjustments After consolidation guarantee all plans fit into 3P OTB If necessary, align 3P IBP (3P net sales) and propose adjustments to it Digital buying plan integration & optimization – together with Ecom buying team, analyze ECOM & 3P buying plan together and propose opportunities to optimize both buying plan Guarantee 3P inventory management, monitoring arrivals of main campaigns volumes, inventory flow and execute necessary adjustments (execute buy in cut offs due to OTB openings – IBP adjustments) Stock transfer optimization – recommendation of WHS OB transfer to capitalize via 3P & ECOM Monitor sell out data creating reports Support with presentations & gathering data Collaborate with trading teams and main stakeholders to ensure sales performance is aligned to buy strategy Key relationships.

ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG Exposure.
