A hybrid working model, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer days Employee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagement Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefits Educational resources, matching gift and volunteer programs What You’ll Do Assist GEM Client Workflow team in identifying opportunities for significant positive impact through observation and workflow mapping, understanding of how workflow analysis principles can be utilized to develop business processes Review and interpret functional specifications to establish a list of detailed requirements for new solutions Work with internal teams to obtain an understanding of the product as well as the documentation requirements Working within the Global team to help in developing the GEM Client Workflow solutions comprising automation workflow services across corporate and institutional clients and to support the Fixed Income Derivatives Margin optimization and Clearing solutions Working closely with Sales, Trading and Technology teams, to help in building & delivering scalable client work-flow solutions; This could involve portfolio modelling, automation of workflows and product creation via the packaging of products and services.
Working with regional Trading desks, Technology and other stakeholders on other Strategic Initiatives, including new Product Rollouts and Enhancements, Risk and PnL reporting; as well as ad-hoc trading desk support tasks Skills You’ll Need Fluency in English and Portuguese.
Ability to communicate effectively in both languages, both written and spoken, to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic understanding of financial markets and products.
Familiarity with financial products, such as fx, bonds, and derivatives, as well as basic financial concepts and instruments.
Microsoft Office skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to create reports, presentations, and perform data analysis.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Careful and meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and quality in tasks and deliverables.
