Forge meaningful and enduring partnerships with key associates by prioritizing trust-building and developing successful joint business plans.</li><li>Monitor activity and analyze data.
Conduct a wide range of financial, quantitative, and qualitative analyses to continually enhance the performance of assigned merchants.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational KPIs align with targets and store assortments are comprehensive.</li><li>Develop and execute specific plans for marketing and promotional strategies for partners.</li><li>Present and report key results to partners.</li><li>Contribute to enhancing Uber’s service.
Serve as an advocate for Uber's mission, brand, and product by addressing partners' and team's challenges.
Identify opportunities to enhance Uber Groceries offerings to meet partner needs.</li></ul><p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in account management, business development, or operations.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in numerical analysis.</li><li>Proficiency in English.</li><li>Project management skills.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.</li><li>Proactivity and inquisitiveness.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively convey recommendations and advocate for customer needs.</li><li>Analytics experience.
